Tom & Earl's Back Alley Grill!we almost had
too much

At most shows, WE are the visitors. But tonight at Tom & Earl’s Back Alley Grill, we were fortunate to be playing to a house full of Gatlinburg visitors.  We were reminded WHY it is so much fun to play to tourists.

They are so happy-smiley
& excited to be on vacation.

Requests tend to be humble and the response to PLAYING a request is always inappropriately exuberant.   Tonight’s show was no different, and we had so much fun.

Tom & Earl's Back Alley Grill!First, to the lady from Georgia (who looked surprisingly like Sarah Palin), thank you for having the extra glass of wine and staying through the last set.  Your smiling face was great to see out there in the audience.  And, I’m glad you were WALKING to the hotel. 🙂

Second, to the young woman that works three doors down from the stage, thanks for the compliments and loving music that was made many, many years before you were born.

Third (and most appreciatied), to the audience members that both requested and loudly applauded for original music, thank you thank you thank you.  We wish we could hire you to follow us to EVERY SHOW!

We’ll be back at  Tom & Earl’s Back Alley Grill
Friday, October 3rd from 7 to 10pm!

See you there!
